1. Introduction

Welcome to EventPlanning.AI (“the Service”), operated by The Brister Group, Inc. (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website or application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use EventPlanning.AI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Service

EventPlanning.AI is a software platform that assists users in planning, organizing, and managing events using proprietary automation and AI-assisted tools. The Service is provided via our website and web application and may include both free and paid features.

4. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

We offer both a free plan and a paid subscription plan priced at $29/month (the “Pro Plan”). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change prices or plans, with notice to active subscribers.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software access, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, code, algorithms, designs, data structures, and other proprietary materials in EventPlanning.AI are the exclusive property of The Brister Group, Inc. and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform solely for lawful personal or business event-planning purposes. Any attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the platform for commercial gain without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access or interfere with the platform’s operation.

  • Upload malicious code or automated bots.

  • Misrepresent affiliation with the Company or other users.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

9. AI-Generated Outputs

EventPlanning.AI utilizes OpenAI’s technology to enhance productivity. You acknowledge that AI outputs may be imperfect, and you agree that the Company is not responsible for actions taken based on such outputs.

10. Data Privacy & Processing

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Stripe processes payment data under their own Privacy Policy. By using EventPlanning.AI, you consent to such processing.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ends.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Brister Group, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Brister Group, Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in DeSoto County, Mississippi.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
